Welcome to the
Blueprint Group
We are a community of passionate learning leaders who come together on a project-by-project basis to support individuals and organizations to develop leadership, develop teams, and subsequently lead change. We focus on individuals, teams, and organizations. We look to the natural world to inspire passion and possibility while partnering with and championing our clients and their organizations toward their desired future. And, we have fun doing it!
"Nothing in the universe ever grew from the outside in”

Leading Self
We can help you to lean into your own leadership. Through coaching, you will discover your passion, purpose, and develop a reflective mindset. Uncover your ability to be present and see yourself from the whole and take action towards your desired future.
Leading Others
Lead teams by developing your capacity to unlearn and learn new ways of being in relationship with others within a team or group to ensure psychological safety. Tap into the strengths of team or group members, learn to lead with courage recognizing you may not always have the answers yet are committed to learning together as a team.
Leading Change
We acknowledge that systems are complex and adaptive and that within these systems there are simple rules. Leading change while understanding the context of systems is our focus. We work to develop a blueprint for success that involves seeing the whole system and helping to shift the conditions that are holding systems in place with a focus on people and processes. We collaborate to develop options/solutions as points of leverage for change.

“This leadership course had been the most enjoyable one I have participated in.”
“I felt engaged throughout all phases of this course. My goal is to apply what I have learned in my day to day activities. I need to be curious, ask questions and understand that my role as a leader can impact others. Asking the right questions and looking for the perspective of the other person has helped in my daily interactions. It will enable me to allow my staff more opportunities to take more responsibility and ownership. It was very timely and I learned a lot. Thank you Maureen!”
