career began over 15 years ago in the fields of Sales Training
and Leadership Development and at the senior levels of private
sector organizations – primarily Johnson & Johnson.

will ensure high performing workplace culture.
Maureen is a Professional Certified Coach through the International
Coach Federation (ICF), holds an undergraduate degree from
the University of Oregon, a Masters Degree in Leadership,
and has completed her coach training with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) In addition, Maureen received her Group
Coaching Essentials through Potentials Realized, and Body
Centered Coaching through Body Mind Spirit Coaching. She is also an Academic Supervisor for the Royal Roads University MA in Leadership Program.
Maureen founded The Blueprint Group with the intent of helping organizations thrive by cultivating a balanced, corportate mindset that is both employee – focused and results –driven. With this in mind, her company develops innovative solutions and success strategies that incorporate:

Maureen stands by her commitment to helping organizations flourish by applying performance measurement tools to each of her services. This enables her and her team to assess ’before-and-after’ progress and identify where further improvements may be required.
Maureen’s role as coach and process consultant is one of champion, with an authentic, big picture approach as a means to moving individuals and organizations forward in living out their vision and values. She has coached and worked with many teams, boards and individuals, from CEOs to supervisors to front-line staff. Maureen’s coaching and consulting has given people the skills necessary to adapt to change, move through transition, engage in difficult conversations, and enhance leadership capacity – all resulting in improvements to personal and organizational productivity.
